1.1. The Site is intended to provide information about our travel services and facilitate contact between potential customers and us.
1.2. You must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid passport, and be able to legally travel to Indonesia to use our services.
2. Services Offered
2.1. We offer custom travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, tour guides, transportation, events, and activities.
2.2. Customers must contact us directly to arrange travel packages, as we do not offer direct booking on the Site.
3. Payments and Refunds
3.1. A 50% deposit is required prior to the commencement of services. The remaining 50% is due within 24 hours of arrival.
3.2. Payments can be made via various digital channels.
3.3. Deposits are refundable in cases of force majeure events, such as natural disasters, that render services impossible or unsafe. Deposits are not refundable for changes of mind.
4. Travel Insurance
4.1. Traveler’s insurance is required for all customers. Travelers are welcome to provide their own insurance; however, our insurance is automatically included for convenience.
5. User Conduct
5.1. Users must provide accurate and truthful information when contacting us.
5.2. Users must not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm our reputation or operations.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. We collect data for marketing and internal purposes.
6.2. We do not share customer data outside of our company, except as required to complete bookings and services.
7. Activity and Accommodation Restrictions
7.1. Some activities have age and weight restrictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if they are traveling with any children.
7.2. Some accommodations may not be suitable for all guests. For example, some hotels have many stairs and may not be suitable for individuals with disabilities or limited mobility. Customers must inform us of any such limitations.
